Seminar and Training Row

Seminar time again and this time Niall McCann from Komale who rowed with James Burge in the Atlantic Rowing Race 2007 will be doing the honours and speaking about Training and Physical Preparations as well as putting these into practice whilst at sea. This seminar will start at 2pm on Saturday 1st November and will be in the Bristol area. The exact location is still to be confirmed but will be available by the end of this week.

We are also hoping to be able to put a couple of boats on the water on the Sunday (around 10am) so that people can have a row. There will be a charge for anyone who wants to go rowing to contribute to the berthing, fuel and rib costs.

If you would like to attend either the seminar and / or the training row then please either email us at info@woodvale-challenge.com or call the office on +44 (0) 1752 849888 to let us know so that we can keep track of numbers and forward you the venue location once it has been confirmed.

As always we hope you will join us both for the informative bits on the Saturday and Sunday and also for a few drinks out on the Saturday night where you can talk ocean rowing to your hearts content.

We hope you will be able to attend.

Cracknell- "I tried to think of something positive to say about life on board a tiny boat with three other stinking blokes for thousands of miles in the Indian Ocean but couldn't.Instead my only advice is keep going, it may not feel like it at times but you'll eventually get there. "
